Guns Don’t Kill People… Lazers Do

Major Lazer is a Jamaican commando who lost his arm in the secret Zombie War of 1984. The US military rescued him and repurposed experimental lazers as prosthetic limbs. Since then Major Lazer has been a hired renegade soldier for a rogue government operating in secrecy underneath the watch of M5 and the CIA. His cover is that of a dancehall night club owner from Trinidad and he enlisted the help of long-time allies and uber-producers, Diplo and Switch, to produce his first LP. His true mission is to protect the world from the dark forces of evil that live just under the surface of a civilized society. He fights vampires and various monsters, parties hard, and has a rocket powered skateboard.

an exquisite show at the glasshouse. a bit of a drive for me and the sis, but i knew we were in for amazement. really there are no words to describe how great little dragon is live. yukimi just exudes this charisma thats accented by Erik (drums), Fredrik (bass), and Håkan. i was surprised by the spacious crowd, on the way over we were hoping it wouldnt be sold out. alltogether they're an amazing group of talented artists that deserve a little more looking into. hope to see them again tonight in san diego @ THE CASBAH

Stevie Nicks is sounding off on reports that Lindsay Lohan wants to buy the rights to the Fleetwood Mac singer's life story and play her on the big screen.

"Over my dead body," Nicks told The New York Times Thursday when asked about reports that the young actress was eager to play her.

Adding, "She needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip. Then maybe we'll talk."
